A Day in the Life

  • 9:00 AM

    Morning Briefing & Preparation

    Join the team for a daily briefing, receive room assignments, and stock your cart with pristine linens and eco-friendly supplies.

  • 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

    Guest Room Servicing

    Execute the full cleaning and resetting of guest rooms, from making beds to perfection to ensuring bathrooms sparkle.

  • 1:00 PM

    Public Area Refresh

    Conduct quality checks and light touch-ups in common areas like lobbies, hallways, and lounges to maintain a flawless appearance.

  • 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM

    Turn-Down Prep & Special Requests

    Continue with room servicing, respond to guest requests, and prepare rooms for evening turn-down service where applicable.

  • 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM

    End-of-Day Wrap-Up

    Restock your cart, properly dispose of used linens and waste, and report any maintenance issues to the head housekeeper.

Beyond the Checklist

While standards are critical, this role is also about intuition and care. We encourage our team to look beyond the list of tasks and see opportunities to create special moments for our guests.

It's about noticing a guest's preference and leaving an extra towel, arranging a child's stuffed animals in a playful way, or simply offering a warm and genuine greeting in the hallway. These small gestures are what define true hospitality.

Core Responsibilities & Standards

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
  • Change bed linens and make beds according to our signature style and high-quality standards.
  • Replenish guest amenities, towels, and supplies in a thoughtful and organized manner.
  • Report any lost and found items, maintenance issues, or safety hazards promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.

  • Experienced & Professional: Previous professional housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury setting, is highly valued.
  • Physically Capable: Has the stamina to be on your feet for extended periods, move efficiently, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexible & Available: Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
