Labor Finders Launches 1,000 Days of Work Campaign

Press releases often fill my inbox, but this one from Labor Finders grabbed my attention.

Labor Finders is launching a bold initiative to offer 1,000 companies a free temp for a day through its “1,000 Days of Work” campaign. The campaign will kick off on September 4th and highlight success stories on Facebook, showcasing both the businesses that participate and the workers benefiting from the program.

Naturally, some may wonder, “What’s the catch? What’s in it for Labor Finders?” Like other staffing firms, Labor Finders offers a “try before you buy” experience—a familiar concept, but one presented here in a creative way that aims to connect businesses with quality workers.

1,000 Days of Work: Putting Americans Back to Work

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL—In a time of empty promises from politicians regarding unemployment, Labor Finders International is taking real action. With its “1,000 Days of Work” program, the oldest and largest privately held industrial staffing company in the U.S. is pledging to put Americans to work—one free day at a time.

Dan Shube, Director of Marketing for Labor Finders, explained, “This election year, we’ve heard plenty of empty promises on job creation. Businesses need real solutions, so we’re offering to cover the cost of a temporary worker for one day. It’s an opportunity to try before you buy, allowing companies to make confident hiring decisions.”

As part of the campaign, each Labor Finders office will select five companies to receive a free temp for a day, totaling 1,000 workers nationwide. Labor Finders will cover all expenses, including wages, taxes, and Worker’s Compensation insurance, with no obligations for participating employers. “All we ask is that you have a real need and consider the potential of extending that worker’s employment. We’re confident many will prove their value and go on to long-term roles,” said Shube.

Shube emphasized, “Labor Finders is committed to doing what our government hasn’t—creating jobs. Our mission is clear: putting America back to work, one worker at a time. We’ll document the lives impacted by this campaign and encourage businesses to join the conversation

The “1,000 Days of Work” campaign begins on September 4th. It aims to make a meaningful difference in the workforce and help companies across the nation.
